    Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi

    Today our representative meets at the Delhi airport and escorts you to a pre-booked hotel. You can rest for the day at the hotel. There is an overnight stay at Delhi.

    Day 2 : Mandawa (200kms/ 4 hrs)

    Today you reach the 18th century settlement of Mandawa; a cluster of exotic havelis dot the small town of Mandawa. While the frescoes of Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli exhibit the daily lifestyle of the old times, the Murmuria Haveli offers insight into the Indian freedom struggle with images of Nehru on horseback with the Indian flag in India. The walls of Binsidhar Newatia Haveli are adorned with colourful paintings of British men and women, while the Chokhani Double Haveli showcase colourful floral arabesques, peacocks and mourning soldiers.

    Day 3 : Bikaner (200 km/ 4 hrs)

    Today you are at the desert town of Bikaner. Your first visit is to the Junagarh Fort, a city in itself. While the Karan Mahal served as the public assembly hall, the private audience hall of Anup Mahal exhibits typical Rajput décor with jali designed jharokhas. The Badal Mahal is exquisite being painted with blue cloud motifs and vibrant red-golden lightings.

    You are also taken to the 14th century Karni Mata temple, also known as the Rat temple due to the great reverence shown to the rats here. The camel breeding farm of Bikaner is an interesting place to visit as it offers fun activities from camel safari to ice creams made from camel milk.

    Day 4 : Jaisalmer (355 kms/ 6-7 hrs)

    The first place to visit at the Golden City of Jaisalmer is the Jaisalmer Fort. Known as the Golden Fort, the castle shines under the sun and offers you an authentic view of the local markets of Rajasthan. The manmade water reservoir of Gadsisar Lake is a bird watcher’s paradise, while the chattris of Bada Bagh are architectural masterpieces.

    Day 5 : Jaisalmer

    Today you explore the lavish havelis of Jaisalmer. The yellow sandstone building, Patwon ki Haveli boasts to be the largest haveli of the city and also gorgeous with fine paintings and mirror work. The Nathmal Ji ki Haveli is adorned with large yellow sandstone elephant sculptures along with images of horses, cattle and floral prints. Spend a fun filled evening with camel rides at the Sam sand dunes.

    Day 6 : Jodhpur (305 kms/ 6 hrs)

    Today you are at the Sun City of Jodhpur. At afternoon you are taken to one of the largest forts of the country, the Mehrangarh Fort. The marble cenotaph of Jaswant Thada is a treat to the eyes with intricate jali work and a warm glow under the sun.
